One of my greatest wishes is to get a company or business to ship their stuff or an invite to a restaurant so that I can do a review on them. They are looking for as many bloggers who do reviews as they can get, but only the ones with decent or large numbers of followers, which is understandable. I am truly passionate about this, and it's one of the things I'd love to do with my JoshiesWorld website. I've already written several reviews but paid for them, and I'd like to start getting them through them instead. 🤞🏻

Because I'm some concerning level of "commit to the bit" invested, my Living Dead Dolls Series 23 review series featured full personalized tea servings for each doll in the tea party, with digitally-designed menus and actual real teas to photograph and consume during the review session! I put a lot of thought into the themed teas and table settings per esch character. Brief review with links to each original post because I want you to read this deranged labor of love:

Agatha: More bitter than I like my Earl Grey; the loose tea leaves were as unpleasant as I expected

Betsy: Actually very tasty

Teddy: The tea was okay but the scone was a nightmare and a punishment to finish and I spilled a lot of honey earlier so I was Not In A Good Mood while Consuming

Atrocious Name Alert!!!

Jennocide: Possibly my favorite tea serving and concept, though the biscuits didn't match the tea in taste as well as they did in the joke

Quack: Shockingly not as nasty as I anticipated for something so deliberately bizarre and off-putting The mushroom slices were, of course, horrible, but the peppermint improved the chamomile significantly

im very very excited to be starting my 2024 tea advent calendar! because this tea is bagged, ill instead be showing off the amazing packaging of each day of the calendar. as you can see, each day is a "book" with a christmas classic on the spine. inside is an explanation of the theme and a bonus activity through a qr code!

today's tea was front porch special. the tea leaves were very fragrant, thanks to the bergamot oil. bergamot oil is the primary flavor and smell of earl grey tea, so i immediately identified it as essentially an earl grey with some extra ingredients. unfortunately though, the bitter black tea flavor and bergamot oil overpowered the flavor making it taste like a regular earl grey. Even the bottom of the cup didn't yield any bonus flavors (maybe i should re-brew my packet for a second round?). i was hoping to pick them out because jasmine, cornflower, and spearmint are all flavors i can identify through taste. either way though, this isn't to say the tea was bad by any means, earl grey is an iconic tea blend im a big fan of. the bitterness of the tea along with a sweet pastry i had for breakfast made it taste even better! im very excited for tomorrow's tea! :)

Review: Kung Fu Tea - Drinks

Thai Milk Tea - No Boba

Rating: 8/10

My Thoughts: This milk tea was a perfect mix of bland (affectionate) and sweetness. It was a really nice blend of this almost nutty flavor with the milky creaminess of the milk portion of the tea, it was very nice. I liked the way the thai taste as well, though its very muted. It's not as sweet as the boba tea company, but it's not as bland as the tiger sugar boba company here in albuquerque. I like this one a lot, and would say it's my second favorite

I buy so many weird products based on what’s on sale that week and this time it’s a niche energy drink for deer furries who use nootropics

look at all them science labels, it’s like the freakin CEO of Valve lives here

taste verdict: actually very mild and sweet for an energy drink with an accurate candy flavor! the taste isn’t a big shock right away like Monster or Ghost but shows up more in the aftertaste, which makes it easier to drink on a less than full stomach (tfw when you need caffeine before you can make yourself food).

Every time I have to settle for Wendy's over the restaurant I was planning to go to, I'm shunted into a fucking circus and my chances of escaping with a semblance of edible food is a toss up.

this tea tasted completely minty fresh with a color to match, this is the greenest tea ive ever brewed!! im convinced this is one of those teas that turns blue when you add lemon, which will be what i try wheni brew the second bag. again, i feel like this is a nichey tea just like yesterday's, if you really like mint teas, this would be good for you. otherwise it was sort of unremarkable to me asides from the color (i had to increase the saturation of the photo to better represent what it actually looks like..!)

7.8/10 - Fairlife Vanilla Protein Milk

very tasty very good, very vanillay. not TOOO sweet but GOOD sweet. thoroughly enjoyable and good at breakfast time. makes protein ingestion fun. 7.8 because i like the chocolate one a liiiiiiiittle bit better (8/10).

Review: Strawberry Rose Tequila - Alcohol

Rating: 8/10

My Thoughts: The last time i had tequila i ended up puking all over the frat's living room floor. so i THOUGHT i swore off all tequila. Despite this, my aunt convinced me to take a couple shots with her. I had 4 or 5, and it was very creamy. I cringed a little bit, but the flavor was very delicious, like a strawberry milkshake. The alcohol was very hidden if i had to be honest. I would recommend this to other people, and its actually a very dangerous drink because you can just drink away at it without realizing how drunk you're getting.
